About Alex Mashkin

As a licensed real estate professional in New York’s Hudson Valley, Alex Mashkin strives to help people fulfill their real estate goals and dreams while helping them focus on what matters in life.

Originally from the Midwest, Alex struck out for New York to further his sales career in the Big Apple. There, he discovered a passion for New York’s exciting real estate scene. In 2018, he started his real estate career with Keller Williams NYC before joining the eXp Realty team. It wasn’t long before Alex established himself as an elite agent with exhaustive knowledge of New York’s complex and competitive markets. In his first three years in real estate, he quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the top three performers in his office, closing 72 deals in his second year alone.

Alex attributes his success to his ease building relationships with his clients. He loves getting to know his client partners as he helps them navigate the sometimes intimidating process of buying or selling a home in New York’s Hudson Valley region. His clients love the way he balances his tireless work ethic and focus on results with his genuine interest in providing attentive and responsive service. In addition, Alex is a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) who employs his toughest negotiation skills as his clients’ advocate and ally at the closing table.

The secret to Alex’s success and the reason he frequently wins repeat business and referrals is just good old hard work, perseverance, and adaptiveness. He also understands that the end result isn’t just about successful deals: A life well-lived is one that remains dedicated to family, friends, co-workers, and lifelong clients who have become friends. That’s what Alex aims for in his own life and career. His goal is to be his clients’ trusted real estate agent for life.
